    <content type="html">Day 3&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;f- 2/2&lt;br /&gt;w-1/2 (32 oz)&lt;br /&gt;e- 2/2 (1 hour exercise)&lt;br /&gt;p- 0/2&lt;br /&gt;se- 0/2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5/10 for that day... ugh bad i know&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3/?/25&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 4&lt;br /&gt;F- 0/2(I took a day off from resticting and now i feel so gross :( )&lt;br /&gt;w-0/2 (like..no water today)&lt;br /&gt;e- 0/2(none)&lt;br /&gt;p-2/2&lt;br /&gt;se-2/2 (tried a new drink at dutch bros. probably like a million calories unfortunately)&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4/10 for today&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4/?/29&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Day 4(today) was so bad. ughhhh i probably consumed like a billion calories</content>

I&amp;nbsp;exercised for an hour and 40 min!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P: 2/2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SE: 2/2 (I'm about to go do a mud mask and read the book i love reading right now. Twilight anyone? hehe)&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;10/10&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/0/10&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I weighed myself today finally.     <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;at myself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Last night after only having 110 calories for the whole day, I binged at 11pm. right before i was gonna go to bed. it was so stupid and pointless it just pissed me off. It made me feel like ive failed at ABC because i wanted to stick to it SOOO bad. ugh im still mad about it. I purged, which wasnt good..it was gross but i felt a little better because i wasnt as full and feeling full does not feel good to me right now.&amp;nbsp; I decided to add yesterday onto the end of ABC so now i have an extra day of ABC after the final 50 days. looks like its 51 for me now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;So Lame!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ugh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;This still makes me mad. Why was i so weak? I gave into food. thats so stupid. uhhhggggg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;It wasnt even worth it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Good luck every one!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">&amp;nbsp;I started ana boot camp yesterday. It went alright. water seems to be a key to keep me feeling full. and Katelyn was right, protien is needed! after her and i split a hamburger patty (no bun) i felt fuller and it was better. so thanks katelyn for convincing me to eat that with you. katelyn also introduced me to crystal light on the go packets and 100 calorie pack popcorn which at the times seems like so much more than 100 cals for a whole mini bag of popcorn. its nice i like it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and even though its only been one day of abc, i feel like im not making myself fatter by everything i eat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tonight's my only worry right now, family dinner were i know there will be plenty of problem foods!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ugh..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i'll try to stick it out and find excuses.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font size="5"&gt;I love you Katelyn!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;</content>
